Why we collect your email

When you request a launch notification, we use your email address to let you know when Thumbwise is available. Joining this waitlist does not sign you up for other updates.

Our email provider

Your signup is sent directly to Brevo, our email service provider, which processes your email address and signup information to store the waitlist and deliver email. See Brevo’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

The website hosting provider also receives the request information needed to deliver the page. This website does not load advertising scripts.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to count page views and accepted waitlist submissions. An accepted submission may be a repeat address; the waitlist itself is stored in Brevo.

The analytics code sends only the public page address without query strings or fragments, the event type, and a random identifier that changes with each page load. It does not send your email address, form values or referring page, use cookies or browser storage, identify you, or record your screen and interactions. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

PostHog receives connection information needed to process requests. We configure it to discard IP addresses from analytics events and disable location enrichment. Our analytics project is hosted in the United States. See PostHog’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

How to leave

You can leave at any time, including before the launch email is sent. Email drakewheelerdev@gmail.com from the address you used to join and ask to leave the waitlist or delete your waitlist data.

Every waitlist email we send will include an unsubscribe link. We will honor your opt-out and may retain a minimal suppression record so your address is not accidentally emailed again.

How long we keep it

We delete waitlist-only contact data 90 days after the launch email, unless you separately opt into more updates. A minimal record needed to honor an opt-out may be retained.
